Full Time Position
We are looking for someone who demonstrates a Professional and Mature Demeanor
Must have the skills to lead other associates ensuring the highest of customer satisfaction standards.
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
```Requirements:```
Ability to print documents, photos, posters etc., utilizing production copiers, and wide format printers.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to sell and promote products effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Previous experience in jewelry or electronics sales is preferred, but not required
As a Lead Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales. Your ability to communicate effectively, handle financial transactions accurately, and maintain a clean sales floor will contribute to the success of our store. These shifts will generally start at 8:00-4:00 or 10:00 or 3:00pm with and end time of 6:30pm. Weekends will be required. Sat 9-3 & Sun 10-3. 2-3 weekends per month.
This position is for 2 locations: 13851 W 63rd & 22052 W 66th in Shawnee.
