Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support in a middle school setting. This part-time, contract role offers 15 hours per week, with a typical schedule from 8:15 AM to 2:45 PM during the school year.

Responsibilities include assisting students with behavioral interventions using discrete trial training techniques under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will collect and maintain accurate data to monitor student progress and adapt interventions accordingly. Collaboration with the BCBA is essential, especially in the initial phase, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the intervention methods and data collection procedures.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is required
  • Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings, preferably middle school age
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and protocols accurately
  • Strong organizational skills for data collection and reporting
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and educational staff
