Job Summary/Company :
Sparks Group has partnered with an established financial services organization to find a Scrum Master. As the Scrum Master you will lead and deliver successful application development projects. You'll possess strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies and a proven track record of on-time, on-budget project delivery. • Lead projects through their full lifecycle in collaboration with Product Management, Operations, and Technology.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes and communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related field
• 5+ years of related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems
• Experience managing agile development projects as a Scrum Master
• Experience with complex, mission critical system design and evaluating and proposing alternative software designs
• Thorough knowledge of and experience in secure development practices
• Experience in wholesale or retail banking technology is a plus
• Experience developing or migrating applications to Cloud Environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) is a plus
