Job Highlights - Ensure security and safety across all spaces at the Obama Presidential Center
- Oversee and direct security personnel, including training, evaluation, and shift scheduling
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address staff issues or concerns
- Manage the security operations center and utilize security technology to protect visitors, staff, property, and officers
Candidate Profile - Significant experience in security operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- In-depth knowledge of security procedures, technology systems, risk assessment, emergency response, and crisis management
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma or GED required
