A Business Analyst at NICE Actimize works closely with clients to gather and document business requirements, write detailed specifications, and support software implementation. You will prepare use cases, test plans, and test data, perform data analysis using SQL, and help ensure solutions meet client needs through demos and testing. How will you make an impact? BA/BS Degree At least 5+ years of work experience in Software Industry Financial services experience (banking, brokerage or insurance) A MUST Knowledge of Anti-money laundering (AML) is a must. Market compliance and/or fraud prevention – A Plus External Consulting or Professional Services experience at a vendor – A PLUS Strong writing skills are essential SQL knowledge and hands-on experience in querying database. Experience writing detailed specifications Team oriented and able to work independently Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel 20% of the time You will have an advantage if you also have: Actimize experience is preferred but not mandatory. While past experience in AML is mandatory, knowledge across multiple AML solutions is a plus such as Transactions Monitoring, Customer Due Diligence and Customer Sanctioning. What’s in it for you?
