Base pay range

$140.00/yr - $180.00/yr

Were looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help build the core tools that power our businessfrom customer-facing sales flows to internal operations software. Youll work closely with the CTO, CEO, and a contract designer to ship high-impact features and shape the engineering culture from the ground up.

Our stack is React ( Remix) + Django + Postgres , deployed on Render.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain key parts of our product across the stack
• Design tools that streamline quoting, scheduling, and fulfillment
• Help define product scope and direction with leadership
• Own projects end-to-end, from architecture to deployment
• Collaborate on UX with support from our contract designer
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building production software
• Strong full-stack skills and experience working across the frontend and backend
• Proven ability to ship features with high product impact
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals
• Passion for our mission and interest in home electrification

Bonus Points

• Experience with Remix, Django, or similar tools
• Experience at a startup or fast-growing company
• Interest in climate tech, energy, or the built environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $140,000$180,000 salary depending on experience
