We are looking for a Senior Oracle APEX Developer - APEX to design custom Oracle Applications. This position will be full-time and remote. As a Senior Oracle APEX Developer, your responsibilities will include: Developing modern user interfaces using Java and JavaScript libraries/frameworks supported by Oracle APEX; Customizing the look, feel, and behavior of Oracle APEX applications using HTML and CSS; Implementing SQL, PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and integration with REST (API) services; Providing support for efficient retrieval and manipulation of unstructured data (BLOBs, CLOBs, JSON, XML Type) in an Oracle environment; Creating dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment; Performing advanced use of Oracle Application Express 21.1.7 and proficiency in Oracle 11g/12c or higher databases; Translating business requirements into technical design documents and algorithms to automate business processes; Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment; Developing Internet applications and websites; Collaborating with Business Analysts and effectively communicating with business users; Utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with full lifecycle development of custom Oracle Applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX) toolset; Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript libraries/frameworks; Strong working experience with SQL and PL/SQL programming; Proficiency in performance tuning and troubleshooting; Experience with REST (API) services; Integration experience with Oracle Cloud Applications using REST API; Ability to create dynamic reports within Oracle APEX; Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Windows; Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems; Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (SQL, SQL Server Management Studio); Proficiency in Oracle 11g/12c databases; Experience with Microsoft Office, VISIO, and Microsoft Project. Physical Demands include ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards; Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.; Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
