We’re hiring a Senior Process Development Engineer for a leading personal care manufacturer to support batch scale-up, technology transfer, and process troubleshooting at their Columbus site.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Own pilot batch and scale-up processes
✔ Write and refine batch documentation and manufacturing instructions
✔ Lead tech transfers and troubleshoot production challenges
✔ Collaborate closely with compounding, R&D, and ops teams
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience in process engineering or batching (personal care, cosmetics, or similar)
🔹 Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and project skills
🔹 A collaborative, floor-facing, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
🔹 Excited to grow into a technical leadership or innovation role
