Trustpoint.One is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney for our AmLaw client in any of the following locations: Washington DC; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; or Boston, MA . This is a full-time , direct hire , and hybrid role so candidates will need to be able to commute to their office several days a week.

The Sr. Staff Attorney will support large litigation and regulatory matters in the discovery phase and will primarily work with eDiscovery, AI, and Information Governance practice groups.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant eDiscovery experience in Am Law 100 or 200 firm environments, or major eDiscovery consulting background.
• Experience working at all phases of the EDRM .
• Active bar license, in good standing, in any of the following jurisdictions in which candidate resides: DC, NY, CA or MA.
• Litigation experience including discovery.
• Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to work additional hours and help others with deadline intensive projects.
• Strong working knowledge of e-discovery document review projects and typical workflows.
• Experience with document review platforms such as Relativity, Nuix Discover, or other similar; strong experience with Excel.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the Firm’s practice teams to ensure eDiscovery processes are implemented and goals are met;
• Facilitating communication between the Staff Attorney department and attorneys;
• Assisting in preparing privilege logs and other similar tasks;
• Working with the Firm’s litigation group and eDiscovery vendors to support document preservation, collection, and processing efforts; and
• Performing other duties as assigned.

NOTE:

• The salary will be determined based on the candidate’s industry knowledge and experience. Range is $100K-$110K/ yr.
• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
