About the Role

The Company is in search of a seasoned, commercially driven SVP, Head of Americas Marketing to lead the regional strategy and execution across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping how the firm engages with its most valuable audiences, particularly C-level legal and financial decision-makers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering integrated, full-funnel marketing programs that enhance brand visibility, generate a robust pipeline, and position the company as the strategic partner of choice. Key responsibilities include leading the development of a regional marketing strategy, acting as a senior partner to the commercial team, and managing a marketing team to ensure high performance and innovation. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' B2B marketing experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership position, and a background in financial services, particularly in investment banking, capital markets, or private capital. The role requires a proven track record in demand generation, account-based marketing, and the ability to localize global brand positioning into regional campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, exceptional storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, and be adept at operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, CRM systems, and performance reporting is essential, as is the ability to work closely with sales and deal teams to create effective marketing and sales enablement tools.
