We're actively hiring full-time Automotive Technicians for Walser Automotive Group of all levels — from entry-level lube technicians to Journeypersons — at their Lake Country Toyota store.

Location:

• Baxter, MN 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and technical resources.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols while delivering high-quality, efficient service.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors or team leads.

You're a Great Fit If:

• 1+ year of experience in a technician or maintenance role preferred (automotive dealership experience a plus), and/or passionate about cars
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable learning and using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop technology
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
