Job Description

You will be responsible for both client acquisition and ongoing social media management. This includes pitching potential clients, creating and scheduling content, running campaigns, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Find and sign new social media clients Plan and execute content calendars for each client Attend or coordinate content shoots (in person or remote) Schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Create and manage marketing campaigns (primarily organic) Host regular client check-in meetings and provide monthly performance updates Work with the founder on creative direction and strategy Compensation 35% of the first month’s payment for every new client you bring in Ongoing commission paid monthly as long as you’re actively managing the account Requirements Experience managing social media for brands or businesses Ability to create high-quality, engaging content Organized and able to manage multiple client accounts Strong communication skills and client-facing experience Self-motivated and able to work independently Remote role with flexible schedule Must be in PST time zone Independent contractor position (not salaried) Great fit for someone looking to grow with an early-stage agency Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Marketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr The Aura Agency
