Role Overview:
The Senior Software Developer will lead the design and development of the new Oracle APEX application. This includes ensuring robust data models, normalized schemas, secure architecture, and enterprise deployment practices. Responsibilities:
• Design and implement the database schemas, data models, and normalization for long-term maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle APEX applications.
• Build secure, accessible UIs using APEX Universal Theme, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL code; enforce standards and lead peer reviews.
• Direct data migration processes, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
• Oversee application upgrades, deployments, and release cycles.
• Mentor mid-level developers and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with 508 accessibility, enterprise security practices, and other practices as needed. Education Requirements: 4 Year Degree Information Technology or related field or Equivalent Experience
Minimum YOE:
8+ years in software development; 5+ years working with Oracle APEX.
Expertise Requirement: Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years in software development; 5+ years working with Oracle APEX.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale APEX applications (10k+ users).
• Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and normalization.
• Strong PL/SQL and SQL tuning skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading application leading application deployments and upgrades.
• Highly motivated and capable of leading under aggressive timelines." Clearance

Salary Range: $60-75 hourly (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
