Hannah Solar is seeking a Solar Installer in Atlanta, GA. The Solar Installer will be responsible for working with the solar installation crew and assisting with the mechanical portions of residential solar and battery system installation. This position involves organizing and performing tasks such as safety equipment placement, array layout, racking installation, and module placement. The solar installer will work as part of a team to safely and successfully complete residential solar installations. The installation crew represents the company and must interact professionally with clients at all times. Requirements 1 year of roof work experience General construction/framing experience is a plus Electrical experience is a plus 1 year of working at heights, including rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs, and performing duties such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently throughout the workday Ability to work in harsh environments such as extreme hot and cold, crawl spaces, roofs, and heights Ability to safely handle and maintain basic hand and power tools used for installation Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Must be able to handle a 40-hour work week with overtime Confidently climb up to 40 feet ladder Navigate roofs up to a 12:12 pitch Benefits W2 full-time position Competitive compensation based on experience, paid weekly Competitive PTO and holiday schedule (including your birthday!)
