We are a premier wellness & beauty destination committed to providing exceptional service, a luxurious guest experience, and a dynamic team environment. We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds a valid cosmetology license to lead our spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, including treatment services, front desk/reservations, retail sales, and facility maintenance.

Lead, train and motivate the spa team (therapists, estheticians, reception staff) to deliver high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Manage scheduling, staffing levels, performance reviews, and develop a positive team culture.

Monitor and analyze business performance: revenue, costs, inventory, retail sales, and treatment metrics; prepare reports and action plans.

Develop and implement marketing initiatives, promotions and retail strategies to drive bookings, upsells and client retention.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation and licensing regulations and maintain a clean, welcoming spa environment.

Serve as a bilingual ambassador for the spa: greet and communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking guests, address guest feedback/concerns and ensure exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

Valid cosmetology license (required).

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).

Proven experience in spa management, ideally 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team and deliver outstanding guest service.

Strong business acumen: experience controlling budget, managing inventory, driving

Luxury or high-end spa/hospitality experience preferred.
