This role is ideal for someone who leads with kindness, thrives on solving problems, and takes ownership of both the big picture and the little details. You’ll manage scheduling, team dynamics, client feedback, and tech systems—keeping our spa running smoothly and our standards high.Key Responsibilities:
Operations Leadership
- Oversee daily spa operations to maintain a clean, serene, and functional environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
- Handle opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, and issue resolution.
Team Scheduling & Management
- Build smart, balanced schedules for therapists and front desk staff.
- Motivate and coach the team while fostering a respectful, growth-minded culture.
- Hold regular team check-ins to keep everyone aligned and energized.
Client Experience
- Greet guests warmly, handle bookings, and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage guest communications (in person, by phone/email), and resolve concerns with a customer-first mindset.
- Handle feedback with care, always aiming to improve the guest journey.
Tech & System Oversight
- Manage scheduling and point-of-sale systems, ensuring proper usage and uptime.
- Train team members on tools and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Collaborate with vendors when system support is needed.
Decision-Making & Initiative
- Take ownership of real-time decisions to ensure smooth daily flow.
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to ongoing business growth.
- Support rebooking and retention initiatives, including promotional efforts.
Who You Are
- You’ve managed teams and operations—ideally in a spa, salon, retail, or hospitality environment.
- You’re detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable with scheduling and tech tools.
- You lead by example—with kindness, respect, and a strong sense of responsibility.
