Position Summary:

The Sr. BSA/AML Reporting & Governance Analyst controls and manages metric definitions, ownership, and the full lifecycle of metric changes to guarantee proper and efficient reporting, and enriched analysis.

The Sr. BSA/AML Reporting & Governance Analyst reports to the Director of BSA/AML Analytics and Transformation.

Position Duties / Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT on Data Mart enhancements and ongoing data quality management.

• Manage metric definitions, ownership, and the full lifecycle of metric changes.

• Govern and enhance reporting procedures while managing and adhering to change management protocols for metrics and the Data Mart.

• Ensure data integrity and consistency in reports, decks, and dashboards used in regulatory and governance forums.

• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested.

• Generate audit-ready documentation, records, and testing evidence.

• Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

Business Experience:

3 - 5 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency

Specialized and/or Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC/Terrorist Financing related regulations.
• Knowledge of AML/OFAC related software.
• Advanced quantitative capabilities and analytical skills, including an investigative mindset and judgment skills.
• Proactity and self-driving capabilities.
• Structured mindset, capable of creating, developing/improving and adhering to procedures.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Python
• Good communications skills: written & verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Licenses / Certifications:

AML Certifications preferred.

Languages:

English and Spanish, required.


Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Salary: $63,750 - $110,000/year
