Job Title: Sr Data Architect
Location: Kansas City, MO
Duration: Fulltime
Skills: Machine Learning
Roles and Responsibilities:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
8+ years in data engineering/architecture; Good to have at least 1+ years in AI/ML solutions.
Expertise in cloud data platforms, Spark, streaming, and data modeling.
Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring is good to have.
Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to run workshops.
Proficiency in Python, Pyspark and SQL.
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitate design workshops and translate business needs into data/AI architecture.
Define data flow, integration patterns, and data models across multiple sources.
Design and implement data pipelines, ML pipelines, and MLOps practices.
Establish governance, security, and observability for data and models.
Lead and mentor engineers; ensure delivery excellence and coding standards.
Stay hands-on with Spark//Python/PySpark, orchestration tools, and model deployment.
