Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily files from banks and ensure proper recording of bank activity.
• Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger.
• Responsible for the daily & monthly reconciliation of multiple Company bank accounts. Includes analyzing and resolving discrepancies between company records and bank records by following up on incorrect items and escalating any exceptions as necessary.
• Perform other month end close related duties as assigned and assist in the implementation of process improvements.
• Provides support to Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A related to various domestic and international accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree is required in a related field, accounting is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; moderate to strong Excel skills preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills a must.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or a comparable ERP system a plus.
