YOUR TASKS

FORVIA - HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking an Internfor our Purchasing Team. The focus of this role will be to manage and maintain allcontracts and award letters, manage tariff changes, and coordinate supplier samples for our our 40+ person purchasing team.This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop a solid coreunderstand of the formal award process as part of the overall purchasing cycle. DailyResponsibilities Work with existing staff members collaboratively on the management of supplier accounts Draft, maintain, and manage all supplier contracts and award letters Learn, understand, and apply legal knowledge within all official company communications Manage Tariff reporting and handle mitigation actions Own overall samples and associated eboms Collaborate with multiple departments such as sales, program management, finance, and legal. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Pursuing a degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field. Basic understanding of legal terminology relevant to procurement contracts Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and problem solving skills Why Forvia Hella?
