Experience Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Hands-on involvement with domestic and international shipments and working knowledge of import/export procedures, including customs documentation and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data tracking and analysis.
• Perfect English

Education Requirements

• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree
• Advanced computer skills (Excel)

Responsibilities

• - Coordinate and track the import and export of raw materials
• - Review and interpret bills of materials to ensure accuracy in shipping documentation
• - Create and maintain shipping documentation, including packing lists and invoices
• - Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures
• - Communicate with carriers and internal teams for accurate deliveries
