This role is based out our manufacturing location in Fort Worth, Texas.

Role Summary:

The Supply Plan Analyst – CPG plays a key role in ensuring production readiness and supply chain efficiency across our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) portfolio. Reporting to the Demand Planning Director , this role focuses on translating demand signals into executable production and supply plans while optimizing production capacity, inventory levels, and throughput efficiency.

The analyst will partner closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Demand Planning teams to evaluate production capacity, analyze the Master Production Schedule (MPS), streamline thaw and Work-in-Progress (WIP) timelines, and conduct volume analysis to drive productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand & Volume Planning: Support SKU and customer volume planning for CPG business. Incorporate forecasts for promotions and new launches into the supply plan.
• Production Capacity & Scheduling: Analyze production capacity vs. demand. Assist with MPS planning and highlight risks or constraints.
• Thaw and WIP Management: Calculate and streamline thaw and WIP timelines to improve production flow and reduce delays.
• Inventory & Service Level: Track inventory against OTB and WOS targets. Flag risks to customer fulfillment and recommend actions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the link between Demand Planning and Production. Support both new programs and ongoing replenishment. Share updates on production status, risks, and inventory levels with key teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of demand planning or forecasting experience in a CPG environment.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
