Associate Responsibilities Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and a ‘work-like’ environment at home to deliver productivity and quality.
Work an assigned schedule within our operating hours.
Answer customer queries/questions in a timely manner.
Customer Focus Provide excellent customer service, maintaining focus on customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
Empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
Use conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
Take ownership to resolve challenging issues, escalating when necessary.
Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
Be flexible with working hours; may include weekends, holidays, and events.
Problem Solving Skills Effective decision-making, time management, and task prioritization skills.
Ability to debug basic errors with Discord bots.
Approach problems logically and rationally.
Be action-oriented and self-disciplined.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Prioritize work effectively across departments to meet business needs.
Maintain composure in escalated situations.
Technical Requirements Proficiency with Pterodactyl control panel.
Basic understanding of Linux and Docker.
Ability to use the WHMCS billing system.
Ability to use Crisp live chat software.
Identify and troubleshoot Minecraft server errors.
Other Requirements Must be 16 years or older to apply; no exceptions.
