SAIC is currently seeking a Sustainment Support Specialist to support a U.S. Army Sustainment Cell. This position will be located at Fort Hood, Texas. Job duties include participating as part of a team focused on providing logistical support and managing materiel readiness reporting for the Division; performing materiel readiness management duties and integrating the functions of supply, transportation, maintenance. Additional duties will include inventory management, operations, supply chain management, and materiel management. The candidate may be responsible for the life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal.
Required education: Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one (1) year of related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications: Experience in Army Logistics Systems, Experience in G-Army, Experience with EFLIPL, GSA Motor Vehicle Management experience, Current/Prior service as a logistics NCO, Logistics/Maintenance Warrant Officer, or S-4 Officer, Strong writing and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications: Prior Service BDE S-4/G4 or SPO personnel, Power BI.
Clearance: Candidate must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
