Handle tax filings for family offices, trusts, foundations, and closely held businesses. Prepare partnership and S corporation returns, including tax planning and compliance. Conduct financial projections and assist with comprehensive family tax planning strategies. Manage gift tax returns and foundation filings in accordance with IRS regulations. Support investment partnership accounting and tax reporting requirements. Provide tax advisory services to businesses and entrepreneurs, ensuring compliance and optimizing outcomes. Job Requirements 2 years of experience with corporate and partnership taxation, including preparation and review of tax returns. Familiarity with partnership and S Corporation returns, gift, foundation, and C-Corporation filings. Proficient in conducting tax research and applying complex tax and business concepts.
