Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from WhiteCap Search A boutique CPA firm specializing in tax compliance, tax planning, and RIA services is seeking a Tax Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing firm with a personalized approach to client service. Responsibilities Prepare for individuals, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, S-corporations, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. Handle routine client questions, and work with clients to obtain necessary information for financials and tax return completion. Prepare and post adjusting/closing journal entries to the books. Prepare and analyze Sales & Use Tax Returns. Prepare payroll tax returns, federal and applicable states. Tax planning and research. Analyze and respond to tax authority notices. Job Requirements BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting (MS Preferred). 3-12 years of experience in Individual Tax preparation and review. Active CPA license not required, but preferred.
