We’re looking for driven, people-focused sales professionals who want to grow in a fast-paced and exciting industry. Responsibilities include generating new sales, retaining existing members, growing ACG’s overall book of business through multiple product offerings, driving new business with competitive products, establishing and growing mutually beneficial relationships with AAA Members, achieving assigned travel, membership, and credit card sales goals, selling cruises, tours, hotel accommodations, air travel, car rental, travel insurance, AAA credit cards, AAA memberships and related travel products and services, preparing complex and/or large scale domestic and international travel packages, completing reservations and advising clients regarding documentation requirements, making necessary travel arrangements, receiving and championing customer concerns through to resolution, asking for referrals, building and growing a book of client business by utilizing the AAA ACG lead system, and proactively learning and utilizing AAA ACG digital and communication technologies to achieve objectives. This is an in-office position based in an ACG branch facility. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-year business to consumer sales experience. Candidates should have strong sales skills, advanced consultative selling techniques, strong phone sales and prospecting skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ambition, motivation, drive, excellent listening skills, and the ability to proactively grow a personal book of business and repeat clients.
