- Day: 5x8 (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
- Mid: 5x8 (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Weekend Coverage: Every third weekend (3–4 weekends total)
- Float: Yes, within unit
- Call: Not required
- Interview Required: TBD
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years required
- Charting System: Cerner
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PharmD or RPh
- Active WI State License Preferred
- Facility will accept candidates with pending WI license under the Act10 licensure - Candidates can start working with Act10 temporary licensure - Candidate must apply for WI license
- Patient Ratio: 1:25 average; Days: 1:20, Nights: 1:30, Weekends: 1:45

- Medication Dosing:
- Anticoagulants, Cardiac, Clinical, Geriatric, Pediatric, Renal, Pharmacokinetics, Warfarin
- Therapeutic Monitoring:
- Pharmacotherapy Management for:
- Cardiovascular, GI, Renal, Endocrine, Pulmonary, Immunologic, Hematologic, ID, Neurologic, Bone & Joint
- Systems & Equipment:
- Pharmacy Keeper or BD Med Keeper, Pyxis Carousel, Omnicell
- IV Compounding, Sterile Techniques, TPN mixers
- Work Setting: Inpatient / Acute Care
- Age Groups: Neonates through Geriatrics
- Daily Census: 45–60; Visits per Day: 100

- Specialties Encountered:
- Cardiothoracic surgery, STEMI/NSTEMI, Stroke, Ortho (joint replacements), L&D, NICU transfers, Alcohol/Drug withdrawal, Liver/Renal failure (CRRT/hemodialysis), Parenteral Nutrition
- Interdisciplinary Support: PT, RT, Radiology, Social Services, Unit Secretary, Rapid Response
