Our healthcare facility in *Johnson City, NY* is seeking a dedicated and experienced *MedSurg/Tele Registered Nurse* to join our team. As a MedSurg/Tele RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on the medical-surgical and telemetry units. You will assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.

*Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse – MedSurg/Tele Role:*
* Assess and evaluate patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry units
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
* Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
* Educate patients and family members on disease management and post-discharge care
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
*Requirements for the Registered Nurse – MedSurg/Tele Role:*
* Active NY RN Licence
* BLS Certification
* ACLS Certification
* Minimum of 2 years' MedSurg/Tele experience
