Union Shipping and Receiving Representative Join us as a Union Shipping and Receiving Representative at Rush Enterprises, Inc . Responsibilities: Check in all daily incoming shipments and post them into the computer system following company procedures. Store incoming stock in the appropriate bin locations, ensuring proper labeling with barcodes. Locate new parts in stock, determine correct locations, update the computer system, and label new parts accordingly. Pull customer orders as per the picking list and prepare items for will call, shipment, or delivery. Maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse, adhering to safety guidelines. Process returned parts, file freight claims for damaged parts upon receipt. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Related experience preferred. If driving is required, possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record. Training and certification in forklift operation required within 90 days; operators must be at least 18 years old. Proficient in computer software used by the company. Additional details include the pay rate of USD $21.50/hr, full-time employment, and roles within Management and Manufacturing in the Truck Transportation industry.
