Design plays a critical role in how we engage investors, break down complex financial concepts, and create seamless user experiences. We’re looking for a UX Designer who’s passionate about crafting human-centered, responsive designs that empower people to take control of their financial future.

• You’re comfortable owning the design from start to finish, delivering impactful features that ship quickly.

What We’re Looking For

• A Portfolio That Shows You Can Do the Work – More than experience, we care about your ability. Your portfolio must:
• Be responsive across different screen sizes
• Include detailed case studies (not just visuals- show your thought process!)
• Clearly outline your role in the process and how you problem-solved

Must-Have Skills

• Figma proficiency – You should be comfortable prototyping and refining designs quickly.
• Strong graphic design skills – Ability to create polished visuals, icons, and layouts that elevate both product and marketing experiences.
• Adobe Creative Suite Certification – A solid foundation in graphic and UX design tools.
• Framer proficiency – Ability to design, build, and publish responsive marketing pages directly in Framer.
• A strong understanding of UX/UI principles, usability, and accessibility.
• The ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and not get stuck on one idea.
• Formal design education is required unless you have extensive experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or Brand Design Preferred.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in financial services or designing for a regulated industry.
• A portfolio from a top-tier design program.
• Experience working at a startup, where you’ve had to be adaptable, solve problems creatively, and build from the ground up.
