Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will split their time between operating a forklift (40%) and handling general warehouse responsibilities (60%). This role requires hands-on work with stone products, including cutting, loading, unloading, and organizing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
• Handle and organize stone products, including palletizing and merchandising.
• Use power tools and electric tools to cut and shape stone as needed.
• Perform general warehouse tasks such as staging, inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of forklift operating experience (certification preferred).
• 3+ years working in a warehouse environment.
• Previous experience in the stone, marble, or construction materials industry is a strong plus.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with power and electric tools.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy weight and standing for extended periods.
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
