Job Description

We’re looking for a well-rounded structural engineer, EIT, or an exceptional BIM/Revit designer to join our team. If you’re someone who enjoys variety in your work, solving real problems, and making an impact, let’s talk.
What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will be tailored to your strengths, but may include:

• Structural Engineering & Design – Performing calculations, structural analysis, and project coordination.
• BIM & Revit Modeling – Creating and managing structural models for efficient project delivery.
• Project & Client Coordination – Working with architects, contractors, and engineers to develop solutions.
• Site Visits & Construction Support – Seeing projects through from design to completion.

• You’re technically strong. Whether in engineering or BIM, you bring value to the team.
• You’re a problem solver. No one here just “does the work”—we think through the best solutions and keep learning!
• You work well with people. Clients, contractors, teammates—relationships matter.
  

We’re looking for the right person , not just a resume. Whether you're early in your career or have more experience, we want to talk if you bring the right skills.

• Structural Engineer (PE or EIT) – If you have a background in structural design and are eager to grow, we want to hear from you.
• BIM/Revit Designer – If you’re highly skilled in Revit and love making structural models work seamlessly, we’d love to see your expertise in action.

Experience Levels

• Entry-Level (EIT/BIM Specialist): 2-4 years experience, eager to learn and grow into leadership.
• Mid-Level: 5-10 years experience, comfortable managing projects independently.
• Senior (PE or Highly Experienced Designer): 10+ years experience, potential to help shape the future of our firm.
