Make 150 outbound dials per day — no excuses, no negotiation
Contact warm homeowner leads from our internal marketing pipeline
Set quality appointments for our Outside Sales team to run in-home consultations
Master the script, guide the conversation, and close the appointment
Track every touchpoint in our CRM with accuracy and speed
Represent Champion Bath™ with professionalism, conviction, and pride
Minimum 5 years of phone sales or appointment-setting experience
Background in supporting in-home sales reps or lead generation is preferred
A track record of sustained high-output dialing — 300+ daily dials full-time, now scaled to 150 over 4 hours
The ability to work unsupervised , hit your numbers, and own your outcomes
A calm, confident, persuasive tone on the phone — your voice is your tool
High attention to detail, strong CRM habits, and relentless follow-through
