We are looking for 2 Full Time employees to perform the daily Accounting and Administrative tasks for a fast-growing Company. These roles will primarily perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. Additional responsibilities will include month-end closings, financial reporting, account and credit card reconciliations, along with other Accounting and Administrative responsibilities supporting the Director of Accounting. Roles will be assigned based on prior experience(s). Entry level position is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who has great organization skills and attention to detail and looking to grow. Additional role for fast track to Senior Accountant/Controller position. These are hourly in-office positions working Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily processes relating to Accounts Payable and Receivable functions (vendor and customer invoicing).
• Maintain vendor files by verifying vendor terms and credit limits are accurate and up to date.
• Credit card processing and monthly reconciliations.
• Process expense reports.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and all month-end close processes.
• Research and resolve variances.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting duties and analysis as required.
• Various Administrative responsibilities, as needed.

Qualification and skills

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, reliable and responsible.
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge, as well as knowledge of Word and Outlook.
• Ability to problem solve, research discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Work well independently and with a team.
• Ability to multi-task.
