Assistant Technology Manager (ATM)

As the Assistant Technology Manager (ATM), you will work closely with the Venue Technology Manager to lead our Sim Tech team, ensuring the smooth operation of all technical equipment and facilities. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and repairing our simulators, technical equipment, and assisting with building maintenance needs. The ATM is also pivotal in maintaining our inventory of parts to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The Assistant Technology Manager Will Be Responsible For

• Assist the Venue Technology Manager in overseeing the Sim Tech team.
• Lead the troubleshooting and repair efforts for simulators and technical equipment.
• Coordinate building maintenance tasks as required.
• Manage tasks assigned through our ServiceNow ticket system.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and equipment.
• Train and develop the Sim Tech team to uphold our standards of excellence.
• Provide outstanding guest service by delivering fun, available, and memorable experiences.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Strong technical background with experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage tasks and inventories effectively.
