Responsibilities Design, build, coordinate, and maintain high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture across multiple tenants. Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions and work with technical infrastructure engineering. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting, following established policies and procedures. Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or related field. Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed). Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. COVID-19 vaccination required. Preferred Backgrounds IT/Systems/Computer Engineering Cybersecurity/Networking Computer Science Experience Levels Entry-level: Background in Computer Science, IT/Systems, or internships in Infrastructure Engineering. Mid-senior: 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering areas. Infrastructure Areas Security, Network, Network Security, Network Services, DevOps, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, Windows.
