Cyber Security Enterprise Sales Client Summary: Our client is an exciting, well versed and flexible Dallas based start-up offering Cybersecurity services, one of the few cybersecurity service providers that addresses both information security (IT) and operation security (OT) requirements. In the IT sphere, confidentiality and privacy are fundamental, and the focus is on information. In the OT world of operations, the onus is on the availability of data, on the smooth functioning of processes and their resilience to possible attacks. Auditing- forensic analysis and diagnosis in IT/OT environments Professional Training- training and awareness on all cyber security aspects and your entire team Consultancy services both technical and regulatory Support and advice to build your cybersecurity culture Field Networks (instrumentation), control (PLCs DCS), supervision and operation (SCADA, HMI, MES), to the highest levels of information protection, including network layers and business applications SOCs monitor risks and attacks as well as incident response Role Summary: This is a high risk and high reward position requiring a laser-focused approach. We need a tenacious and driven sales person ready to hit the ground running and surpass expectations. Must have a cybersecurity technical background and sales development experience. You must be able to conduct relevant research, develop leads and nurture prospects. Develop, expand and grow the enterprise business, offering Cyber and Cloud security services. Actively prospect and close corporate accounts, manage the sales cycle including the delivery of sales programs/incentives to promote awareness and stimulate demand for cyber security services. Conduct ‘deep dive’ strategic account campaigns and deliver value proposition, build and manage a sales pipeline whilst tracking all activities through the various stages of the sales funnel. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise cyber security and software sales Proven success in selling enterprise cyber security services and quota achievement Experience developing and implementing account plans Experience with CRM Knowledge and experience with enterprise architecture and cyber security Successful experience as a new-business "hunter" able to introduce technologies, build and maintain long-term relationships Strong business acumen and cyber security technical knowledge Effectively qualify customers, processes, vulnerabilities and leverage tools Proven ability to respectfully engage multiple functional areas across an organization Build meaningful relationships internally and externally Integrity, humility, team-orientation, and drive for performance Experience at a successful startup is a huge plus Compensation: Base salary plus commission.
