About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Executive Operations who will play a crucial role in enhancing our mission capacity through community engagement and strategic relationship management. In this influential position, you will serve as the primary liaison to local communities, ensuring our mission goals are met through effective communication of our programs and opportunities. You will manage a portfolio of strategic relationships with local elected officials and community leaders, lead fundraising initiatives, and support volunteer engagement and blood collection efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a four-year college degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred. You should have a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience, showcasing strong communication, influencing, and public speaking skills. A proven ability to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies is essential. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with experience in disaster-prone areas, public relations, and community networking being a significant advantage. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment, hold a valid driver’s license, and be open to occasional travel and physical demands of the role.
