Job Overview 1-800 STRIPER of Union is looking for a results-driven, hands-on Line Striping Team Lead to join our team during a pivotal moment of growth. As a key player in our North Jersey expansion, you'll lead striping crews, operate equipment, manage jobsite logistics, and play a central role in project execution and team productivity. This is a full-time, seasonal position with night and weekend work, and substantial opportunity for advancement as our business grows.

Key Responsibilities - Operate medium-duty box trucks and line striping equipment on job sites.
- Lead and supervise team members, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Manage truck inventory, jobsite materials, and maintain equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA safety procedures.
- Use mobile technology to manage job progress and documentation.
- Train and support lower-level crew members.
- Administer daily job protocols and adjust work based on conditions.
- Perform striping application on parking lots and large commercial properties.
Qualifications - Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Evening and night shift availability is required, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a construction-related field.
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow in a leadership role.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and push up to 350 lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in seasonal/outdoor work or equipment operation.
- Familiarity with line striping or commercial painting is a plus.
