We are looking for a passionate design professional to join the Hyatt Lifestyle Group based at our New York City Lifestyle Creative Hub. The Role

The Manager, OS&E - Lifestyle will bring a blend of design sensibility, organizational acumen, and strong collaboration skills to assist in the creative development and coordination of projects from opening hotels to servicing product needs for existing the properties, embodying the brand essence throughout the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Global Director of OS&E and Product Development in managing all Lifestyle brand standards, supporting existing properties, and opening new properties.

Manage OS&E requests from existing properties including F&B (serveware, glassware, and flatware), operational guest facing supplies and equipment, uniform refreshes, and guestroom touch points

Source vendors and product options for existing and new projects via showroom tours and online research

Develop close working relationships with trusted and new vendors

Manage documentation including brand standard visual decks, OS&E property decks, and other presentations.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones under the direction of the Global Director, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT, F&B, and Marketing teams to support seamless openings and ensure alignment with brand and operational standards

Participate in site visits and openings

Stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices by attending market and trade shows

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 + Years Design or Product Development Experience

Previous experience with budgeting and timelines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (especially Excel and Outlook) & Canva

Proficient with Adobe Programs especially Acrobat and InDesign; Photoshop and Illustrator a plus

Support the Global Director of OS&E and Product Development in managing the Lifestyle brand standards, supporting existing properties, and opening new properties in the Americas

Manage OS&E requests from existing properties including F&B (serveware, glassware, and flatware), operational guest facing supplies and equipment, uniform refreshes, and guestroom touch points

Source vendors and product options for existing and new projects via showroom tours and online research

Develop close working relationships with trusted and new vendors

Manage documentation including brand standard visual decks, OS&E property decks, and other presentations.

Preferred Attributes

Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Operations a plus

Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and experiential design.

Curiosity and initiative in exploring design innovation, sustainability, and wellness.

Familiarity with project coordination processes and documentation.

Collaborative, enthusiastic team player with a solution-oriented mindset.

The salary range for this position is $100,510 - $111,090.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate
