Taylor Corporation is looking for a 1st Shift Order Picker to join the team at our Grove City, OH, facility! Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of picking customer orders, performing quality checks, verifying stock availability and stocking shelves, repackaging orders, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment, and maintaining related records. The shift is 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday. Requirements include ability to use a ring scanner, read and count accurately, do simple math, be detail oriented, work independently with minimum supervision, work in a fast-paced and changing environment, communicate effectively and work in a team environment, be self-motivated and able to multitask. Physical requirements include remaining in a stationary position regularly, operating machinery and handling products including print materials, moving inside the facility frequently, and regularly moving up to 25+ pounds. Preferred qualifications include a high school graduate or GED and experience in pick/packing.
