We offer a flexible hybrid schedule that combines work-life balance with team collaboration. You'll be in the office Tuesday through Thursday to engage with colleagues and support our business lines, with the flexibility to work from home most Mondays and Fridays. Program Development: Develop, implement, evaluate and monitor employee and leadership development programs. Leverage metrics to measure success. T alent Management: Develop and implement talent management tools and frameworks to support organizational design, performance management, competency development, career pathways, and succession plans. Team Development: Support team development through consultation in change management, employee engagement and retention, new leader integration, leadership coaching, and team interventions. Facilitation. Lead and facilitate strategic planning sessions, team building sessions, and leadership retreats. Education Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field. OR equivalent additional relevant experience. Experience At least 8 (eight) years of progressively responsible experience in Organizational Development (OD) including program development, talent management, team development, and facilitation. Security Employees in this position may be required to successfully pass and maintain security clearance relevant to assigned duties such as SIDA (Security Identification Display Area), TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential), CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Systems), etc. Certifications (Preferred): Certified Instructional Designer (IDP) Certified Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI or similar) Certified Coach (ICF, Hudson or similar) Certified Facilitator (ATD or similar) Certified Organizational Development Practitioner Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP)
