Job Description

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a full-semester contract in Apex, NC. This opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment dedicated to supporting individuals with communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy services addressing speech, language, articulation, fluency, and voice disorders.
• Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs).

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid CCC credential from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Professional licensure as an SLP in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working in educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
