As our agency continues to grow we are looking for a Senior Web and Graphic Designer to join the team and be part of this fast-paced growing company. Job Description The Senior graphic designer is responsible for conceptualizing creative ideas and visual concepts for the company website, internal newsletter, social media platforms, and other external collateral. Role & Reporting Oversees: Graphic Designer Reports to: Chief Growth Manager Responsibilities Develop creative ideas and concepts, using elements within the parameters of the company’s branding to meet the company’s objectives. Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm ideas and concepts, to develop designs and graphics for the company website, monthly newsletters, sales decks, presentations, and internal projects. Create and design print and web assets for company-specific promotional event campaigns. Create and design affiliate banner creatives for affiliate promotions. Design various in-house materials including, but not limited to brochures, business sponsorship proposals, advertisements, posters, displays, signage, interiors, web, and other digital and small illustration tasks. Work with print companies to submit all necessary assets for print in a timely and efficient manner. File management with regard to team, program, event, or corporate logos and files: archiving, manipulating, and distributing such files. Participate in special projects. About You Strong with HTML, CSS & JavaScript. As a designer you manage Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. You have experience with marketing campaigns, banner sets, sales decks/presentations (especially PowerPoint). You are able to prioritize and communicate with stakeholders. Experience with a ticket system (is a plus). Experience with HubSpot (is a plus). Location US, and LATAM locations will be considered; however, we are looking for candidates that have Native (near to Native) English proficiency. What’s in it for you?
