LifeGift is currently looking for an on-site Project Manager who will collaborate with all departments within LifeGift and Hospital Partners towards the integration of transplant systems. This project will implement a transplant system into the Electronic Medical Records system within hospital partners. LifeGift is looking for someone with IT security background and working knowledge of EPIC or other EMR health systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and implementation of digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare innovation.
  • Collaborate across departments to gather user needs, streamline workflows, and drive tech-based improvements.
  • Manage project deliverables, coordinate stakeholder communication, and ensure timely execution.
  • Specify and support workflows for donor management and referral systems (e.g., iTransplant, True North).
  • Document processes, develop training materials, and support user adoption of new tools.
  • Assist with quality assurance testing, system audits, and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and a liaison to external stakeholders.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, computer science, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, project management, or informatics.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records and clinical data systems, including TrueNorth, EPIC, etc.
  • Prior experience in an OPO, transplant, or healthcare innovation setting strongly preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CPHIMS, or Lean Six Sigma a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of digital strategy, software development, and systems integration.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, training development, and workflow analysis.
  • Proficiency in healthcare data systems, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and leadership across multi-functional teams.
  • Resilient, innovative, and driven by continuous improvement and impact
