Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper at Shady Lawn Nursing Home, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and dining areas.
Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and infection control.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Assist in the setup and cleaning of dining areas.
Maintain proper stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a housekeeping or janitorial role is preferred.
Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Compassionate, patient, and able to work well with residents and staff.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
